Sounds like the perfect day to me, ladies.

Lori

Jess...and Tristan! You describe Shannon and Jenna's *favorite* days :) in fact we have spent so much time at the lake this summer, they are brown little fish LOL....I am glad to hear how things are going. We all struggle in many different ways, and I agree Jess, OUR kids help us get through it all, even when sometimes *we* feel we can not....it is 4 years now since we lost Bruce, and our lives are getting to a point where perhaps it is not *easy* JUST not as hard. Always here for you all. Enjoy the water!

I've just read your blog for the first time tonight. Wow. So much I can relate to. I'm pulling for you......I live in my own self-made hell, but my kids force me to stay alive even when I feel like "taking the gas pipe". Because even though I often forget this...no matter how wretched or unloved a person I may be....my kids think I'm the freakin' best. They're kids...what do they know? :-)

BTW, I loved Betty Blue too. Had an almost unhealthy relationship with that movie! I saw it 4 nights in a row when it first came out...Cried myself silly...went on to buy the sounds track / movie poster ...etc. From your blog and the fact that you mention that movie, I feel that I know where you're coming from.

BTW, I'm also a SAHM and have SA. (Wow, 3 acronyms in 1 sentence...a new personal best). But it seems like you have a pretty good social network. I'm jealous.

I am wishing you (and myself) speed in finding inner peace. So we can all finally get some rest!! :-)) BTW, I hope my tone is not flippant....just hoping to provide a moment of feeling good...

Kim

What's SA? Do you mean SAD?

SA=Social Anxiety

Kim

Thank you.
