it pours...

Accident

I totaled my car today. I broke a utility pole clear in half.

I was alone. I am fine. The air bags deployed and i have some burns on my face.

Mostly, i feel kicked when i'm down and i have no car for at least awhile. I live in the country. Do you know what that means?

Hell. I am in hell.

Stupid cellphone ringing while i'm driving.

Jess, I'm feeling for you. Really.

My mom died last week. Please hold on. It's worth staying.

Really, all I have to say echoes the first two commenters. I'm glad that, aside from the air bag burns, you're physically okay. I hope they fix it for you fast so you're not stuck out there for too long.

I'm glad you're okay, Jess.

Hang on.

Oh freaking hell! I am so glad that you weren't badly hurt. I have no car during the day and even living in town it's hard. I can imagine out there it's pretty impossible. Hope you get some reprieve soon.

Scary, frustrating, and definitely freedom-sucking.

But... I am glad you are okay.

Jess...i am SO glad you are ok.

Lesson learned for me. I do that way too much. One day it'll be me.

That's a familiar shot...we totalled Mike's van in December. We were fine too but it shakes you up, for sure. This is one more thing to make things harder. I'm so sorry. Hang on...

I'm glad you're okay. I hope you get a new car. I know I hate being stuck in the house. I haven't had my car all week and I'm going stir-crazy. I get it back tomorrow.

Adding my love from here. Glad you are ok. I hope you get a new ride soon.

Oh, Jess, sorry I'm just now reading this. Glad to hear that you made it okay. Sorry about the van.

Oh Jess,
I'm so sorry for the accident, for the memories of the trauma, for the implications of the loss of your car....for the pain that follows these accidents.
I'm so glad that you are "almost okay".
Hope the car issues resolve quickly.
Sending my love.
