What does one do with an egg like that? Do you keep it? Do you crack it open out of curiosity? Do you throw it away?
It's really kind of crazy, that small green egg.
whoa, that *is* a little crazy! what are you going to do with it?? i wonder how that happens. poor chickens must be so freaked out!
Belinda - they are americauna's. Similar to the araucauna's.
Everybody else, so far i've been carrying it around with me and showing everybody who passes. I do want to crack it open and see what's inside. I'm waiting to see if i get another.
It's so small. At first i thought a robin has somehow got in the coop.
Maybe it'll have a wee green yolk, too! Post photos when you crack it -inquiring minds want to know!
Hi
I have been reading you and liking your style and loving looking at the faces of your BEAUTIFUL kids and have generally been, um, lurking...
Soooo....tonight I am looking at comments on Belinda's site (after I posted one myself) and thought "what a nice person THAT sounds like" when I read yours, so I clicked, and here you are again!
So, "hello" from a sort of aged Mom(kids in their thirties and twenties, 2 grands, many music students)and fellow Canadian-Ontario, right on one of the big lakes. BTW, my blog is 3 posts long, so far, LOL, but, hey, gotta start somewhere...
