Gosh darnit people like me

I am walking on little clouds today. Little chocolate chip cookie clouds.

When in went to collect the mail i found a secret red key.

The red key means packages - which we all know means good stuff! No bills, yippee! So, in the box was a lovely, yummy package of chocolate chip cookies, four lovely homemade christmas ornaments AND two CD's full of Six Feet Under soundtrack goodness. How i love thee Six Feet Under.

But, how i love jen more. Oh, i am in love.

When shane came home i leaped upon him like a sleep-deprived puppy dancing with glee;

"I have a friend, I have a friend!"

"huh?"

"I got presents in the mail and you didn't!"

"nice, real mature jess."

It was awesome.

Oh, good heavens, there's nothing better than packages! Aren't they the greatest?? My first real in-the-mail shipment of gifty goodness was from JenB, chronicled on both our sites as the Candian Death Candy Experience. I was already in love with her, but since then it's forever!

We should form a "package chain" that would work like a phone chain except that you send a simple pick-me-up to the next person on the list...it could be so much fun!

I like a lot of male bloggers, but dang, it's the women I've fallen in love with!

Hey, I am finally reading blogs because I have been a weirdo looser all week! But, no more! Glad the package made it. I had to fill out a customs form and I was all nervous I'd get busted for pirating cds. Which were, of course, pirated copies to begin with, because I'm poor and more to the point, cheap. Uh, anyway, glad I gave you gloat material! You should come visit us; it's been in the mid seventies every day!
